watched that documentary called "grass" at jason's. very good! did dishes. did anacam biz. took out trash.

now i'm going to make coffee because i've had a splitting headache ever since i woke up. then take a bath. then jason and i are going out to eat shrimp at red lobster.

i lost another pound! :)

i'm really glad that i have become comfortable at the weight i am at. but i still prefer to weigh less. if for no other reason than none of my clothing fits me .... which works out well for all nude all week, tho :)
