the republican nationla convention is finally over with here.
i ventured out today and it's all cleaned away.
but i'll never be able to look at my city in the same way again.
all the familiar corners now hold ghosts of riot cops, gas masks and pepper spray.

i still feel poorly with this pregnancy.
it's really wearing on me.
nausea and now i have carpal tunnel in my left wrist which keeps me awake at night.

i'm trying to sort through all the photos i took of the cops and protests to show you.

in happier news, lili is really really close to crawling.
and so far my pregnancy seems to be going alright...except for me feeling like utter crap.
in a month we are going to have an ultrasound to find out the sex!
