getting done with this dyeing sheets
fiasco.
never again will i dye things in big batches again. only small.
my tub looks horrible and i'm out of comet so i can't even scrub it.
i can't scrub the tub anyway because to bend over causes me too much pain.
suckfest times infinity.
a learning experience at least.
i'm so bummed about this stupid day.
i just want M to come home coon and hug me.
and i'm going to lay down now and watch tv because my back hurts so much.
what a waste of a day.
all i want is clean sheets on the bed that look nice.
and i'd like to be clean , too, but i don't have the energy.
everything feels like such a heavy chore to do.
i am overwhelmed.
i want my house to be clean.
i hate my hair.
i hate my sheets.
i need my bed to be my sanctuary.
i'm tired of hurting.
i want my body back.
i wnat my rock star hair back.
i need a maid to clean my house and i need a massage.
and a xanax.

oh forget about this sheet dyeing
project.
i'm dying it all grey.
i'm too impantient to do it right and so i screwed it all up.
so i'm just dyeing it all blackish greyish whateverish and be done with it.

this isn't my day.

oh great. the washer isn't even swishing
the fabric. farg.
also i guess for tie dye you are not supposed to use the washer method. oh
well.
i'm new to this dying thing.
but farging a my washer is on it's last dying breath. i have to get my landlord
to get a new washer in here. i've had it with this one. it's always not working.
sometimes it won't spin the clothes.
now it won't agitate while it washes. WTF.
FUCK MY WASHING MACHINE.
i guess i'll just let those sheets soak in it for an hour and then hopefully
wash them out.
whatever they turn out looking like is....well whatever.

it's going to take a long time to
dye all the sheets.
i won't finish today like i thought i would.
i tied the sheets a bit to make circles, like tie dye...but since i am only
dyeing each sheet one colour, and not a super bright colour, it isn't going
to look all "grateful dead" or anything (at least i hope it doesn't!)
tying one sheet took an hour and gave me blisters on both hands.
bummer :(
i think when it's all done it should look nice.
i'm doing it in the washer so i keep
having to set a timer to keep reminding myself to go to the washer and make
sure it never goes on rinse or spin. i just have to keep it on wash for over
an hour.
i'm not using cheap rit dye. i'm using some nice stuff that takes a LOT of
salt and soda ash fixer and all this stuff you ahve to measure and dissolve
in hot water and it's kind of a pain.
I'm listening to echo and the bunnymen and eating a swedish meatballs tv dinner.
it's hot outside. 80 somethnig degrees.
i'm downloading some psychdelic furs.

happy 4th!
i'm not at all patriotic, but i do enjoy fireworks.
today is the only day i do NOT want to go into labour.
i just think it would suck to have your birthday on the 4th of july.
so stay in there lili!
today i am going to dye my white
sheets all sorts of pretty colours.
white sheets are impossible to make stay white, so i am giving up on white
as much as i LOVE white sheets.
someday when i have no more dogs i will have white sheets again.
so i have coral pink, marigold, burnt orange, grey and black.
i'm going to dye everything all these colours.
and i am also going to stick in a ton of the baby clothes my mom bought me
at garage sales that i hate the colours of and are also stained (ewww).
so today will be about that.
and then fireworks :)
i'll put pix up in this anagram later on today.
