today i am feeling better. not great,
but better.
it looks like a beautiful day outside. it depresses me that i cannot walk
because of my ingrown townail and also i had another of those painful "charlie
horse" things happen to my leg the other morning again, leaving my muscle
feeling like it is torn or bruised. so i am limping around the house even
more so.
i have just given up that i will
be able to go out and enjoy this spring/summer. i'm afraid it is a lost cause.
i feel like a prisoner in my home and a prisoner in my body.
my consolation is that i know it
is not permanent.
and so i try to just make things as pleasant as i can in my apartment and
let go of any expectations.
i just wish i had more energy to clean and nest and that i was not limping.
a good thing is i got my BIG body
pillow that i had put on the baby registry. it is GREAT! M wants one , too,
now :) because it is so spongey and comfy :)
it is my nest. i'm a lot more comfortable in the bed because if it. i wish
i would have had one all my life!
it doesn't take away all my pain, but any comfort i can get it very much appreciated!
so it doesn't get dirty, i have taken some old extra pillow cases i had and cut them on the end that was closed so i can slip them over it. now i will just have to wash the pillowcases.
sebastian also likes it :)
tonight is our 3rd birthing from
within class.
i am really not in the mood to go.
i hope i will feel differently once i am there.
