i didn't do much today.
i dusted.
i slept.
i watched CSI.
now i dyeing my hair fuschia.
i need some colour.
some pizazz.
tomorrow i'll add some coolourful yarn to the mix.
colourful ragdoll hair for grey days.

i woke up at 9:30am.
it is sunny and 9 degrees.
i'm trying to get motivated to go outside and do errands.
i did dust and pick up dog hair.
i am listening to zap mama.
yesterday i finally ate a sensible amount of calories.
there is so much to be done i am paralyzed by it.
my brain whirls.
i have much to say but cannot form sentences.
