it's another massively grey and cold day in a long string of them.
i need some SUN.
no sun until next week, the weather.com predicts. and then only 1 day of it.

fuzzy's japanese chins, scooter and king, are coming to stay with me wednesday night through saturday sometime! because her dad had surgery and he is going to be resting at her house because his house is being remodelled.
so it's going to be oen gigantic crazy japanese chin love pile here.
4 black and white japanese chins, and one crazy wooket shih tzu!
i look forward to the cam capturing the puppy madness :)

also, tomorrow jason and i are taking a cooking class!
we have never done that before. we are going to be learnign how to make a japanese noodle soup and some other things. i'm really curious to learn about the soup making process. a broth from bonita.
and after that , japanese chin madness! :)

and prudence mapstone, the freeform crocheter from australia is actually coming t the usa and will be in wisconsin this weekend and fuzzy and i really want to meet her and take her 2 day workshop., but i don''t think i can afford the $100 fee plus staying in motel, gas and food. i'm so bummed.
prudence mapstone has been so inspirational to me.
and i don't knwo if you remember but last year she wrote me a letter saying she loves my hats and that if ever i wrote a book about crochet she would be the 1st to buy it which is a MAJOR cool thing, because she is the most famous queen of freeform and has written several books herself!
i want to meet her sooooo much!
