tomorrow i plan to jump up and down on my bed a lot.
at least that is what i say now...

i'm going to read my "creating money" book now (for the 2nd time)
until i fall asleep.

i'm really having fun with all naked all week :)

jason and i went out to eat, and while we were waiting for your food the severe thunderstorm siren went off.
it got so dark!

and the rain came POURING down upon the glass windows that go from floor to ceiling.
it looked so beautiful.

we tried to wait until it stopped pouring buckets to leave, but i wanted to go play in it :)

but it was a LOT more cold than when we had arrived.
i thought it woud be a warm rain.
we could tell it was just not going to stop, the streets were flooding, and so we ran for it.

we only had to go a block but we were literally SOAKED in that one block.
thank god i was wearing a black t shirt, because i seriously looked like i had just come from a wet t shirt contest and my nipples were completely hard.

i actually want to go back out in the rain and splash in the puddles and revel in the thunder and the lightning!

maybe i will later if it keeps up!

but i was shivering by the time i got home.
i put all my clothes in the dryer.

i used the $20 bill i found when i was cleaning to try the lamb dish.

it sucked! i mean, it tasted ok.
it was supposed to be lamb stuffed with garlic and spinach in a cranberry mint sauce.

it was THEE most gristley piece of meat i have EVER had.
i mean it was almost half gristle! impossible to chew!

i did NOT taste any garlic, cranberry, nor mint.

it was still a good meal. but worth 20 bucks??? not even.

it didn't even taste like lamb, it just tasted like a crap piece of beef.

BUT...i don't care because the thunderstorm made me laugh and laugh and laugh so much!
it was so much fun, JOYOUS!!

woke up today to the fire alarm going off. that thing is always going off and it's always a false alarm (thank goodness)
but i had to get all my clothes on just in case.
then i went downstairs and told the office of all the things that needed fixing.
they said they thought the toilet could be fixed today. i sure hope so!
all the rest of the things will have to be later.
i hope not MUCH later.
i hate not knowing when as i have to mentally prepare myself for strange men to enter my place and all that.
i just really hope it's soon, because i cleaned for them, and so i want it to be ASAP.
sitting here naked, not knowing when a man is going to knock on my door puts me on edge.

they vaguely said something about there is some sort of window restoration going on in this place which meant that who knows if my window is going to be fixed.
i'm not quite sure what she meant by that. because if they are restoring windows then wouldn't that mean my window IS going to be fixed?
how could they NOT fix it?
my window is totally fuct and so they HAVE to fix it! you know?
geez!

i also got my electric bill today and so i opened it to see what my bill is like when i have completely paid it up, and so i can see what it costs for me per month for electric here and i was shocked to see it is 71.89!
how in the hell?

basic servic charge 4.59 (what the fuck is that?)
energy charge summer 32.53
energy charge winter 14.12 (why am i paying some weird winter charge??)
fuel cost readjustment: 6.76 (what is THAT?)
resource adjustment: 1.21 (and what is THAT??)
city fees: 7.98 (and what the fuck is THAT?)
city tax .33 (they tax you on your electricity??)
state tax 4.27 (again, what's with the taxes? and what is the difference between a city fee and a city tax?)

so my total is 71.89.

i think that is completely fuct.

my entire bill consists of mysterious extra fees and taxes and charges for WINTER?

only 32.53 is my summer electricity.

WTF?
i'm pissed.

they don't tax you here for food or clothing, i would think that electricity should also not be taxed as that is an essential thing.

i don't get why my electric bill is so high. when i lived in the 1,200 square foot aparment and had 5 computers on 24/7 and used a ton more electricity it was about 100 or more a month.
now i live in a place 1/2 as small with one computer on. how can it be so high?
what is up with all those extra charges?

it's a fucking scam, i tell you.
they charge you because they can and there is nothing you can do about it because you need electricity.
i can't exactly cook over an open fire in here.

grrrrr.

ok, enough grumbling.

i am going to start with phase 2 of my cleaning which is to get the dog fur of my carpet.
and folding clothes and putting them away.

lord almighty i hope they fix my toilet today.
being without a toilet for 3 or 4 days or however long it's been has sucked.

sorry i woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.

i think it was the fire alarm. i'll blame that.

everything else is fine. i just had to grumble about that for a minute!
let off some steam.

i'm now going to put on some happy music and get to work!
