american idol and survivor
i like bo bice (that 1st rocker guy), anwar was alright, and mario was the
best, imo
and i have to say i like constantine just because of his name, ha :)
anthony, that clay wannabe has GOT
to go...puh-leeeeez. *barf*
he's all the annoying qualities of clay times infinity but doesn't have the
voice or anything to back it up like clay did. and you can tell he's just
so completely in love with himself, it's sickening. i want to smack him on
the nose!

and speaking of reality tv,
is anyone else besides me getting sick of survivor always being on a tropical
island?
for gosh sakes, can't we have an alaskan survivor or a peruvian survivor?
just ANYTHING but a tropical island.
3:09pm
i love the way the sun moves across my room and changes the colours of the room and leaves patterns of light
snippet of my email from david kahne:
"it's funny that
you wrote now because i just mentioned you to Sean Lennon (whose new
album i just produced) and was telling him how you can hear backwards."
:) :) :)
2:26pm
had to go find that song "jerk
it out" by caesars because of the ipod commercial
LOVE IT!
this, of course, made me think of the mighty caesars which made me think of
the prisoners so i had so on a mad google search for all things graham day.
(in fact my song "where is day? from my album introducing sorrow was
going to be a song about "where is graham day?"...)
and found he has this new band called the solarflares!
well, now i am on a mad search to hear and collect all of THAT :)
so it's just a 60's garage revival "day" over here :)
i'm so lucky i got 2 see the prisoners
2 times when i was in london way back on 1985 or whenever it was i went.
and handed graham day my 1st single and tried to get him to go out with me,
and i DID get him to give me his phone # and i called him from trafalgar square,
and i was so nervous to call him that when i got his machine and left a message
i left ALL my photos of my trip so far in england at that telephone booth.
completely lost them all. all my photos of robyn hitchcock and the glastenbury
festival...just everything. gone gone gone! what a terrible loss!

Horoscope for Aries (February 21 2005)
Things should be looking up for you, and if you are quick to take care of business and act on your impulses, you will discover that life really isn't that bad. In fact, you are lucky to be who you are. Romance is in the picture.
and
Restore and rejuvenate
Weak, transient effect: This morning you should have a very strong sense of
well-being. Your inner self is functioning harmoniously, and you do not feel
emotional turmoil or strife. At the same time you are most contented with
the familiar elements of your life. You enjoy being at home with relatives
and friends, and you like being surrounded by the objects you are used to.
You are not in the mood for adventures, challenges and major changes, nor
is it necessary to be so. There will be other times for adventure. Now you
should restore and rejuvenate yourself in peace and quiet. Physical comfort
is especially important to you at this time, but it doesn't have to be lavish.
Your need is for a comfortable environment that seems supportive. You want
to be surrounded by whatever you feel protects you.
