4 new hats. they are much simpler than my other hats.
so ugly they are cute!

1. THE KINDERGARTEN HAT...brown acrylic, red mohair, red and brown wooden beads
2. THE MACARONI HAT...brown acrylic, orange wooden beeads
3. THE INDIAN ELF HAT...recycled silk and fuzzy red yarn (sold!)
4. THE INDIAN PUNK HAT...recycled silk, vintage fabric, safety pins

$54 each (i'm not sure if #2 is for sale i really love it in a perverse sort of way, but maybe...)

the recycled silk is really interesting, it feels almost like a soft paper.
i call #1 the kindergarten hat because it reminds me of something you'd make in kindergarten or wear to kindergarten :) the macaroni hats reminds me of those macaroni and glue things you'd make i preschool, and the orange beads look like macaroni from some mac and cheese :)
the others are indian because of the recycled silk from saris from india.

i wish i could have taken better photos but the lighting is pretty dim today.
