ok, there might be one or two songs on here that will grow on me.
also, i need to listen to it on real speakers, not these computer speakers.

i'm listening to the new U2 cd, and i have to say, i am sadly not really loving it so far.
it seems their last few cds have just been shadows and repeats of their previous works.
(except for the song "beautiful day" which i LOVE)
so many bands fall into this pattern. i can't fault them for it, they've put out so many brilliant albums, more than most. so if they continue to put out mediocre cds for the rest of their career, i still love them and are grateful for them.
but i'd really love a new U2 cd i can sink my teeth into!
but i'm only 1/2 done with this one, maybe there is something on here that will grab me...
just ONE song, just one! or maybe this will grow on me...
