trying to find a thing that will connect mov files. but can only find things that connect avi files, etc.
so found a thing that converst mov to avi but first i have to download a thing called directx .for some reason.
it's never simple, eh?

i am NOT watching the democratic convention *barf*
it makes me sick how much money they pay for those things when people are starving in this world.

for breakfast/lunch : hamburger and tea.

i have a headache. took an excedrin.

gonna get ready to get to the p.o. to buy some bubblewrap so i can work on packaging up some things i need to ship.

i gave pooka a piece of hamburger and he swallowed it entirely whole and choked on it and scared the living crap out of me. usually if he does that he can just spit it up, but this time he had real difficulty and i saw he run off into the hallway and then fall over! well, i thought he had passed out and maybe nearly did. i rushed over to him expecting to have to do cpr on him or something, but he got it out and was fine, but he looked pretty disturbed from the ordeal and i was exceptionally disturbed, too. my god, that scared the very living daylights out of me. my poor little pooka man! it feels like i very nearly lost him! FREAK. i will NEVER give him anything he might try to swallow like that ever ever again. i will always make sure it is in very teeny tiny pieces. good god. today could have ended up being the worst day of my life. i'm so glad he is ok now. *whew* majorly scary.

and then deiter and sebastian had a huge fight over licking the pan and i had to break them up and flip both of them on their backs to show them who's boss.

man! it has been the hamburger lunch from hell! the cursed hamburger!

we're all fine now, tho. and so...i shall continue with getting ready to go out to the p.o. box and then for a good walk.

i'm feeling a lot better today :)

i think i will do the atkins for as long as i can stand to be on it starting today.
i think i gained a couple of pounds and it's bugging me. if i weigh over 107 now it drives me batty.
i will also go on a walk today.
and since i am now going to be making this nude movie and nude photo for cam fund people, if i could just get a wee bit skinnier, it would make me feel a lot better. so there.

if i can just do it til august 1st...
