7:49pm

and who bought me the gift certificate to byerly's???!! :)

what i wrote to jennalynmonroe about the box she just sent me:

i got your package today!
woa! i had to take photos of each side of it before i opened it because the collage is amazing!
and then inside is just everything that is so me!
you must be my twin or something! ha!
i was just laughing and smiling the entire time i looked through it.

and what is even more hilarious is i just sent off to a bunch of people in the world, almost all the exact contents of everything in that box! i'm not kidding!

it almost feels like i sent it out into the universe, and then wham, it came right back to me in a different form!

i mean, seriously, just a few weeks ago, i sent off EXACTLY those same items, the bones, glitter, tea, plastic animals, yarn, metal things, doll parts, antique postcards, pieces from games, candles, playing cards, do dads, little paper tickets, keys, beads, candy, chocolate, a thing that stamps (and japanese , too!), crocheted things, fridge magnets, bottles, seeds....

i am blown away!

i know i am a "thing magnet" and i was just writing in my journal a few days ago that it seeems i could throw things out my window just have to have them reappear at my door, which is exactly what just happned then! i am cracking up at how that works :)

i think this is the universes way of making sure that i know, without a shadow of a doubt, that what i give out to the universe i will get right back again...and i should never worry about lack of abundance in my life :)

because i am so scared of getting rid of all my stuff, which i am doing lately, to make room for new things. but you know, i never throw anything out because , well, i just love stuff! and i always think i will need it some day for this or that art project.

anyway, now i really do know there is no reason for me to hoarde anything as i seriously will get the things sent to me that i need when i need them :)

so anyway, what a serendipitous box this was in more ways than one!

i'm going to get that collage off the box and hang it on my wall :)

thanks!!!

3:31pm

it took me all day to get all those camera pieces photographed and all that jazz and get them up on the net. i hope someone tells me what it is all worth, and someone offers me $ for what it is worth..or else i will put it on ebay. but i hate to pay their fees.

it's hot and humid out 86 degrees. jason and i are going to go for a walk at 4:30pm but it won't be a long one, i'm sure, because i melt in this weather.

then jason's friend is coming over at 7pm and i'll probably watch a movie with them at jason's house.

i just made and ate ocean perch and a salad with balsamic vinagrette.

yum!

this camera was owned by my aunt (who died) who travelled all
over the world with it! she was a really good egg of a human
being and so this camera is very sentimental to me and it has
good energy!
but i am a digital camera type of person, and so, i am selling
this and hopefully it will find a good owner where it will be
used with love and go on all sorts of new adventures :)

she was a stickler for keeping things in excellent condition,
and so, this camera and all it's accessories appear, to me, to
be in excellent condition. i am assuming that all the things
listed here are in perfect working order, being that she always
took such good care of her things. but, i cannot guarantee it,
since i know nothing about these kinds of cameras and i haven't
tested any of it. so, all of these things are being sold "as
is".
the leather cases do show some wear and tear, and she did
initial some of them and she did engrave her initials into the
side of the camera in the metal (very very small).

how much do you think all of this is worth?
i don't know what to ask for it!
i know the camera is worth around $300
but with all these accessories, what do you think it's worth?

i'm guessing at least $500 for the whole kit and kaboodle?
