this picture is just the beginning of my yarn wall!

i have been channelling my nervous energy into making yarnballs. and then i decided to get all my yarn up where i could see it by putting it into ziplock bags and then tacking these against my wall. it looks kind of cool.
i just got a TON of free yarn from fuzzybumblebee who got it free from a woman who is moving. i mean, a 30 gallon garbage bag worth of yarn! so, i really needed to organize it.
now that i am getting all this yarn up where i can see it all, i have realized i have WAY beyond an obscene amount of yarn and if i buy ANY more yarn in the next YEAR, please SHOOT me!! seriously! my god!

and the hat on the mannequin is a present from anna lee. we did a hat exchange :)

and there is my potato. and there is my onion that i bought the other day. it was already sprouting in the store, so took it home and stuck it in some water.

i wish i had a real garden.
