tomorrow jason and i are going to mall of america since we didn't make it there last week.
i will be very glad to get out this house and MOVE. i hope a good day of activity will shake this blahness out of me.

and i am just bloated and puffed out to the max, man.
i feel like a big water or air balloon.
nice. i can't wait until i have my groovy rock star hair back.
and that will be back in any day now!
at least the zits on my face are dying out finally.

i'm going to crawl into bed now and try to get to sleep at a somewhat decent hour.
lst night i had a headache that kept me up.
i think it was because i didn't have as much caffeine as i usually do.

i'm trying so hard to find the right balance of things.
and i'm going through a bit of an awkward time here.

i just made the most delicious thing!

i put in a blender:

2 tomatoes, 1 avocado, a bunch of carrots, a bit of ginger, a clove of garlic, frsh basil, and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds and blended it all together. YUM!
i forgot to add the bit of lemon that i was going to add. i'll do that next time.

it doesn't even need salt, and so yummy and refreshing :)

i'm just eating it with a spoon.
