we didn't make it to the abandoned house because it got dark. it gets dark so quickly now.
i'm not used to it. :( and we didn't make it to the noodle restaurant either.
it was good to touch all the yummy different types of fiber. i did end up buying a small amount of it that i am going to start spinning right now so i can sell it and make more $.

my black "satin" comforter cam ein the mail today. calling it satin is a huge stretch of the imagination!
it is black and it is somewhat shiny. i knew it was polyester but who knew it would be such a yucky polyester.
it's not very smooth at all compared to actual satin. i wouldn't advertise it as satin i would say it was a "shiny black material" oh well, that's what i get for trying to get a satin comforter at a fraction of the cost.
i don't think dog fur will stick to it tho, and that is what i got it for...so it will serve that function.
and it will look nice on cam. and the dogs love it as it is somewhat slippery so they are smooshing their heads into it
and it's machine washable. i'm glad i got it but it certainly is NOT satin.

ok, now it's time to spin and watch survivor!

today it's a day outting of fiber shopping and noodle soup eating with my friend eebomb. although i will not buy anything because i can't afford it...it will be nice to "window shop".
i hope this time we can stop at the haunted abandoned house and i can take pix because last time when we tried the mosquitoes ate us alive!
so i hope by the end of this day i will have some good pix for you of my adventure! :)
i have to go get ready now and eat something...

i will be getting a new cam before monday since the film crew is coming on monday.

because i am still hundreds of dollars short of what i need!
