i saw the movie "sans soleil"
i rrreeeaallly loved it!
a french movie which contains in it a lot of japanese things from the 80's
but i can't even tell you what it is about as it is such a rich movie full
of so much...i have to see it again in order to even discuss it!
i saw it in the basement of this warehouse building.
only 10 or maybe 15 people were there. it was one of the places where you
felt you were witnessing a secret.
a secret place to see a secret movie.
it was funny because i was with carolyn, who was the bass player in my band
the blue up? and that was the 80's...and then being in this warehouse like
that was so very much like being with her then and discovering secret warehouse
things. like seeing movies about punk rock before anyone really knew what
punk rock was...and you felt part of this secret underground movement.
and then the movie was also from then. so it all fell together and was such
synchronicity for me.
last night i remembered that things
fall into 9 year cycles.
you can go back 9 years and what was happening then to you will have a similiar
vibe to it "theme" as to what is happening to you now.
9 years ago i was 28 and just coming out of a really bad period of my life and feeling renewed vigor to take on life from a new angle.
and that is exactly how i feel right
now.
i am so relieved to feel this way.
i am also starting to see triple
number times again...
3:33, 4:44 etc...
i always feel that is a sign that i am on the right track when those types of things happen to me
call me crazy...
now it's almost time for coast to coast.
i'm gearing up for another sexy photo shoot on cam.
i think i will wear the thigh high boots. i haven't worn those for awhile!
tomorrow i go see R.E.M. with jason!
i think this will be the 4th or 5th time i've seen them.

lemme see...what have i been up to?
basically the same things as the past few days...
1. spinning the cashmere and crocheting
the cashmere into a sweater!
i've been doing this all week and now i am going to start on spinning the
angora bunny fur
to add to the sweater and also make a few of my friends angora arm warmers.
2. spent the weekend with jason.
we went to see my friend elaine play gamelon in the park.
trains ran in the background and all of it flowed together serendipitously.
3. ate yummy thai food
4. listened to dreamland (www.unknowncountry.com)
and thought about ufos, government conspiracies, etc
5. i saw the movie "the life of david gale" which was INCREDIBLE!
6. yelled at a few stupid members of the photocontest lj community
7. worked on little books
8. thought and thought until i thought my mind would bleed.
i now am going through my typical
"i should go outside ..it's so nice out" guilt routine...
but i made pictures instead and put them in here.
now jason will be home any minute and then he goes to school.
and then at 8pm i'm going out with my friends carolyn and elaine to watch
some movies somewhere...
