chromium REALLY helps with my sugar cravings. i've been having virtually no
sugar cravings at all! i take 200 mg three times a day.
i'm doing the atkins for a few weeks to get my body off it's addiction to
carbs/sugar. i'm gonna lose at least 10 pounds by august 1st and that's all
there is to it. so far i've just been peeing more and it feels GREAT to get
all the frickin water off my body.
today was hotter than hell. it was a sauna. i tried to lay in the sun a bit at jaosn's parent's house and i had to have an icecube in my hand at all times, icing off my body. pain and pleasure to be sure :)
i really miss the 70's and 80's when i would just BAKE in
the sun all covered in coconut oil. damn. all i wanna do is play with the
doglets, watch the clouds, bake in the sun, and drink tea :) i need a YARD!
and yes i DO like to mow the lawn and have a nice cold beer afterwards. THESE
are the things that life is about.
