i just finished a VERY cool hat.too bad i can't keep it. i made it for my friend, lexi, in exchange for some of her handspun yarn. but it's a good sign that i don't want to give it up because that means she will love it! it is the craziest hat i have made so far besides my hippy borg hat.

i'm sad about mother's day coming up. i can't wait until it's over with. my mom probably feels the same way.

i had a nice mellow day today. i needed that.

the wind and the rain is really whipping it up outside right now.
